Formula and assumptions

total = months × (medication + membership + shipping) + labs + consultation, andall-in monthly = total ÷ months. Assumptions: the medication price you enter stays flat for the whole duration (dose-escalation pricing breaks this — use your maintenance-dose price for a conservative figure); labs and consultation are charged once; no insurance, discounts, or price changes. The tool does no rounding until display.

Medication and membership prices are on each provider's pricing page — ourmedication pages list the figures in our dataset with their evidence status and capture date, and the provider reviews note membership fees, lab requirements, and shipping where disclosed. Where a provider doesn't disclose a fee, that absence is worth noticing before you commit.
