The intended process

Clinical claims (mechanism, trial results, side effects, contraindications) are meant to be checked by a named, credentialed medical reviewer against the primary source — the trial publication, registry record, or FDA label — before a page ships, and that reviewer's name attached to the page.

Where this build actually stands

No named medical reviewer has signed off on any page in the current build; research and provider pages are attributed to "Editorial research desk" and carry no reviewedBy credential. We have deliberately not fabricated a reviewer credential to make pages look more authoritative than they are — see medical reviewers.

Every clinical-research page still links directly to its registry record and peer-reviewed publication so you can check the primary source yourself, and states its funding source and limitations rather than presenting industry-funded results as independently confirmed.
