Right to respond
If we cover your company, you can correct our facts, update stale data, and publish a response to our conclusions. Here is exactly what you can change, what you cannot, and how the process works.
Who this applies to
Any company named on this site — telehealth providers, pharmacies, manufacturers — and any individual identified by name. You do not need a commercial relationship with us, and invoking this process never affects your score or coverage either way.
What a response can do
Correct a fact. If a price, pharmacy relationship, state claim, or clinical-model description is wrong or outdated, send the current source (a public page on your own domain is ideal). We re-check against that source and update the claim, its evidence status, and its capture date. Factual corrections are handled under the corrections policy and logged.
Fill an "unknown." Many fields on this site read not publicly disclosed. If you disclose them publicly, we will cite your disclosure and update the field — labeled provider reported, since your statement about yourself is exactly that.
Publish a dispute. If you dispute a conclusion (not just a fact), we will consider publishing a short statement from you on the relevant page, clearly attributed to you and visually separate from our analysis.
What a response cannot do
A response cannot change a score outside the published methodology, convert a provider-reported claim into a verified one (verification requires our own archived capture), remove accurate reporting you dislike, or obtain advance preview of unpublished coverage. We do not accept payment, gifts, or commercial terms in connection with this process.
How to submit
Email [email protected] from a company-domain address, with: the page URL, each specific claim at issue, what you believe is correct, and a public source for it. We acknowledge receipt, and substantive factual disputes are re-checked before any edit is made. See also contact and corrections.
